Hamburg is big and fluffy♡ I have an image of chimichurri sauce being green, but Matsuya's is tomato-based and bright red. It's as spicy as it looks. And the tomato has a sour taste. It was also quite salty, so I was right to order a large portion of rice. Also, if I add a fried egg, it would have been more balanced...I'll do that next time I can eat it.
