I visited Chinese Cuisine Meiwa Sakeya Osu 301 branch. This is Chinese Cuisine restaurant located in Osu shopping district, Nagoya. It's on the 3rd floor of the Osu 301 building, so take the elevator. I ordered the lunchtime limited Ramen set. It costs 900 yen for one of three types of Ramen and fried rice, Tenshin rice, or mapo rice. This time, I tried Taiwanese Ramen and Tenshinhan rice (｀・ω・´) Tenshinhan is a turban style dish with a thinly rolled egg wrapped around rice. When I put a spoon in with the image of fluffy texture, I was a little surprised to find that it had a firm texture of egg. The bean paste is not sweet and sour, but soy sauce...? I don't really understand, but the conclusion is that it's delicious! This Tenshin rice looks and tastes wonderful. Taiwanese Ramen is slightly spicy and has a light soy sauce flavor. To be honest, the soup was average, but the noodles were good! The noodles were chewy and curly with a slightly flat texture. Next time I have a chance to go, I think I'll try the soy sauce Ramen.
