食べログ ステーキ 百名店 2021に選ばれた。
ステーキパフォーマンスを生み出した山本氏の支店。
ランチ ステーキコース (3,000円)を食べた。
鮎の形をしたコンニャクが鉄板の上を踊りはねる姿からスタート。
ピカタ、焼生麩、焼き豆腐、鯱海老、帆立、国産牛ヒレ肉のステーキ (150g)、焼き飯、もやし、ゼリーという流れ。
大型コショウシェーカーを回したり、お皿の炎焼き、かなりの高さまで上がるフランベなど、見ごたえ十分。
ステーキの後に出る焼き飯はかなり美味しい。
玉子をフランベしてひよこが飛び出すパフォーマンスは、子供には受けること間違いなし。
エンターテイメントレストランとして楽しめた。
