旅行先でサッパリした料理を沢山頂いたので、濃い味も食べたくなり、帰りに豊味韓さんにお邪魔してきました。
1階と2階にもお席があり、2階の半個室に案内して頂きました。
この日はとにかく様々な料理を注文していき、韓国料理に食らいつきました。
まずお通し。
次に珍味3種盛り合わせを注文。
3種とも全て同じ味付けでしたので残念でした。
☆キムチ盛り合わせ
→食材にキムチの味が入っていなくて、口に入れると辛味だけが口に残り、美味しくはなかったです。
☆ヤンニョンチキン
→味付けはチキンも微妙でした。
☆チヂミ
→このチヂミはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
この日は1人前しか注文していませんが、もう1人前注文したくなるくらい美味しかったです。
☆チャプチェ
→チャプチェは普通でしたね。
☆プデチゲ
→このプデチゲは沢山の具材が入っていて楽しめましたが、味が薄かったので調味料を頂いて調整したら格段に美味しくなりましたが、コスパはやや悪いように感じました。
期待をしていただけに、全体的に残念でした。
接客も声が小さすぎて何言ってるか聞こえないので、せめて元気だけでもあったら良かったなと思いました。
