名古屋・東別院駅から名古屋駅に向かうルートとしては、地下鉄で「栄駅」乗り換えが一般的ですが、金山駅経由でJR乗り換えというルートもあります。中央線なら名古屋が終着駅なので座れる確率が高いのと、「金山駅」で途中下車できることから、僕は、比較的後者を好んでいます。到着時刻はほとんど変わりません。今日はそんな「金山」でお昼を迎え、駅南側にある韓国料理店「豊味韓」を訪問しました。
暑くなってくると、「冷麺」という選択肢も魅力ですよね。ここでは、本格的な韓国式冷麺が食べられます。注文は、「海鮮チヂミ＆シャリシャリ韓国冷麺セット」にしました。
最初に、突き出しが出るところは、韓国料理です。細切り大根のなますのような酸っぱ甘いやつと、唐辛子のようなもので炒められた薄いさつま揚げのような感じのやつと、水分少なめのコンニャクとニンジンのごま油っぽい雰囲気の煮物っぽいやつ（何を言っているのか、全然わからんなー）。これだけでマッコリをジョッキ１杯飲めます（飲んでいませんよ）。
続いて、真打の冷麺。牛骨スープがシャーベット状の氷になっていて、キンキンに冷えています。メニュー名通り、シャリシャリです。酸味が聞いていて、リンゴのような果実味もあって、めっちゃ旨いです。油分がほとんどないので、飲み干してしまいそうになります。
特筆すべきは麺で、そば粉を使っていて、極細。弾力が強く、奥歯が押し返されるくらいです。最初に店員さんがハサミで半分に切ってくれました。カムサハムニダ。これもとんでもなく旨いです。海外旅行好きで韓国にも何度も行っている先輩が「ここは旨い」と言うだけのことがあります。
最後に海鮮チヂミ到着。１センチくらいの厚みがあり、外サクサク、中モチモチ。細いタコの足など具沢山。細いタコ、旨いですね。「タコは身を食う」なんてことわざがありますが、自分の足を食っちゃうくらい、やっぱり旨いんですね。ラー油ベースの甘辛いタレによく合います。熱々なのも嬉しい。キンキンに冷えた口や喉、胃袋が、温む感じ。よくぞまあ、この組み合わせを考えました。盟友、竹馬の友、気心知れた仲、という感じもします。食文化の国際交流って、いいもんですね。ちょっとした海外旅行気分もあり、日常を忘れる楽しさがありました。
