It was cold, so I wanted to eat some hot pot. I had been to the Meieki branch before, so I went to the Kanayama branch. The kitchen is run by two Korean mothers (omni), and the sound of Korean echoing throughout the restaurant made me feel like I was traveling in Korea. Order: Beer, lemon sour, black bean makgeolli, assorted kimchi, budae jjigae, tteokbokki, kimbap. The menu is extensive and you can eat most Korean Cuisine. There are also a lot of signs, so I wonder if they are being used because it's a location shoot?! I visited on a holiday evening around 6pm. I was able to enter smoothly without a reservation, but I was told that the seats are limited to two hours, and there were only three groups on the first floor.
