名古屋飯の中でも一番当たりとハズレの差がないと思っているもの、失礼ながら、それがあんかけパスタです。
あんかけパスタチェーン店で食べても、名店といわれるところで食べてもそんなに劇的な差は無いですよね？
とはいえ、名古屋飯にひつまぶし、味仙、手羽先が続き、気まぐれで入ったお店がこちら。

ここのパスタで面白かったのが、ありそうでなかった生パスタです。あんかけがめっちよく絡みます。
もちもちでもコシがある。謳い文句通りです。
トッピングもここは手が込んでいるんだよなー
それでいて、あんかけパスタが抜け出すことの無いB級感はしっかりあって、良いお店ですね。
