ランプステーキランチを頂きました。
赤身肉が鰹のタタキよりも火が入っていないくらいです。これが美味い！
人肌よりも少し低いぐらいの温度ですが、肉の旨みが味わえます。
肉汁も少ないので、クニクニとした生肉特有の歯応えが、赤身だから美味しいと感じられるのだと思います。
生肉のような食感なのに血生臭さは全くありません。
生マグロの赤身を歯応え強くしたような感じです。
付け合わせのサラダも種類が多く目と舌を楽しませて貰います。
親切そうなマスターがライス大盛りを勧めてくれました。
シリアル入りのライスもステーキと合います。
ソースはわさび醤油と岩塩とオリジナル胡椒。どれも美味しいので全部楽しめます。
