金山駅で懇親食事会の後、グランコート名古屋・スターゲートで散々飲んで
お腹が空いた数人を誘い深夜の〆で広島焼のお店へ。
27時まで営業しているので金山で飲んだ〆にはとっても便利なお店。
広島焼だけでなく鉄板料理メニューが充実しておりどれも美味しい。
●九条ねぎの豚巻き
●鶏の白レバー焼き
●和牛ホルモン焼き
●牛ホルモン
●カキおこ
ハンバーグ
呑みなおしのビールに非常に良く合う濃いめの味付けで
深夜の禁断の夜食をどんどん注文してしまった。
一番美味しかったのは牡蠣がゴロゴロ入ったカキおこ。
テレビで広島グルメで良く見ていた憧れのカキおこ。
カキのクリーミーさがソース味と良く合う。
鶏の白レバー焼きも焼鳥屋さんで食べるものとは違い
濃厚さが際立つ。
深夜にたっぷりチーズが乗っかったハンバーグも
良いおつまみになる。
今回はカキおこを頼んだので
次回は自慢の広島焼を食べてみたいと思う。
深夜の鉄板焼きは禁断のご馳走だった。
