鶏自体は、どれもとっても美味しかったです。
特に、レバーの炭火焼は絶品でした。
が…接客が独特で…
中セットの伝承黒焼は、卓上ソースでいただくのですが、
しばらくすると…「特製ダレをお作りしましたー。」と可愛くデコったマヨ醤油ダレを持ってきてくれます。
冷めた頃には…「冷めてしまった鶏を美味しくしてきますねー。」と残った鶏をネギとポン酢ダレで絡め直してくれました。
更に…「鉄板に残った、旨味の詰まった鶏油で焼飯をお作りしましたー。」と、これまた可愛いデコソース付きで持ってきてくれます。
なんとも手間暇かけて接客してくださいます。
でも、そのお陰で、最後まで美味しくいただけました。
帰りには、お通しの野菜スティックにベストマッチだった、お味噌のミニパックをお土産にいただきました。
ポイントカードも独創的で面白いお店でした。
