Today I went to Tsukada Farm, located on the second floor of a building a 1-minute walk from Kanayama Station, for drinks. I didn't have a reservation, so I was worried about whether we would be able to get in, but when I asked if it would be okay for two people, I was told that it would be okay for two people, so I was shown a seat at the counter. At first, miso and vegetables came out as appetizers. After that, I ordered draft beer, chicken and avocado with mountain wasabi soy sauce, burdock chips, and charcoal grilled chicken. Everything on this restaurant's menu is delicious and satisfying. As a side note, AP Holdings Co., Ltd., which operates Tsukada Farm, is listed on the TSE Standard, and its stock price is currently 874 yen. The president, Hisashi Yoneyama, was originally the manager of a cabaret club in Hokkaido, and now he is the president of a large company, so it's an AP dream. I had a lot of delicious drinks today.
