金山総合駅南口、金山スクウェアビル5F
いつもながら、小さいエレベーターが混雑し、
5階に上がるのに 2回待ちました。
鳥貴族の人気の秘密を探るべく、
一人飲みに伺いました。
古民家風の店内は かなり照明が落とされていました。
お一人様カウンター席が幸いし、
待たずに案内されました。
その後、続々と客が来店し、順番待ち状態になっていました。
カウンターに備えられているタブレットからオーダーします。
ほとんどの商品が 税抜き298円、税込み321円
最初の頃は 税抜き280円だったのが 値上げされたようです。
初めてなので、焼き鳥3皿（6本）、ノンアルを注文しました。
駅ホームなどの立ち飲み感覚で注文しましたが、
ノンアルが出てきてから、すべての商品がそろうまで、
30分ぐらい待ちました。
大混雑のお店なので、しようが無いですが、
周囲は 盛り上がる歓声の中、
お一人様寂しくカウンターで待ちました。
今回、もも貴族焼きたれ、味噌だれきも焼き、三角をいただきました。
どれも大ぶりなのが特徴。
”もも”は、鶏ももねぎまで、脂ののりがもう一つ。
”きも”は、味噌だれが 味噌の味が薄いのが想定外で、醤油辛いたれでした。
”三角”は ぼんじりとルビが振ってありましたが、
脂ののった感じは 確かに食べたことがあるぼんじりですが、
軟骨も少しくっついていました。
こういう部位が 正当なのか、私には経験不足でよくわかりません。
合計1,284円
ちょい飲みのつもりが、1時間近くはかかりました。
のれんをくぐる老舗専門店に比べ、
ボリュームがありましたが、味の方は もう一息。
お値段の絶対値は安いと感じました。
ここが大繁盛の理由でしょうか。
