金山駅前で昼呑みです。
気になっていました「伝串」！
揚げ鶏皮串です。
何と1本／50円⁉️
博多の鶏皮みたいに纏めて頼みます。
ワタシは6本盛りの「小ピラミッド」300円！
「どて煮」680円、「軟骨から揚げ」280円。
飲み物は生ビール・中（残念ながらスーパードライ）190円！
さて、念願の「伝串」は小ぶりな皮串を揚げたもの。カリカリとモチモチとクニュクニュの同居ですね。素材はコショウで味付き。そこにタレが掛かってます。スナックの様な、珍味の様な止まらない味です。ビールはあっという間に呑んでしまって、お代わりしました。
軟骨から揚げは、揚げたての普通味です。
〆て2,134円（税込）でした。
明るいうちから呑むのは気持ちが良いですね。大変美味しゅう御座いました。
