I had a date to go drinking in Kanayama, but I had plenty of time. So I decided to have a few drinks at Shinjidai, which is in front of the station. A glass of draft beer is a bargain at 190 yen, but the mugs are small. A large draft beer is 390 yen, but I was worried that it would be more than twice the amount of a draft beer, so I ended up choosing the draft beer. The dried daikon radish appetizer was sweetly seasoned and had a very ordinary taste. The signature dish, den kushi, left a better impression than when I had it at another restaurant before. The sweet sauce with the spice of the world's 〇chan style was not bad, and for 50 yen per stick, it's OK. The kushikatsu was also delicious, but at this restaurant, den kushi is by far the better value for money. Because of the 300 yen appetizer, I ended up thinking that Toriki was better value for money, but it wasn't bad. If I visit again, I'll just go for draft beer and den kushi. Thank you for the meal.
