金山駅近辺でお昼に会食できるところを探していて食べログでこちらを発見。
一日３組、前日までに要予約、初回は頼めるメニューは決められている
香りが強い香水などはやめて‥という注文の多い料理店。
でも全て納得できる条件ですよね。
ここまで言うとヘンな客はいないだろ、と逆に安心できるのが良いと思います。
予約時間５分前に２名で入店。
先客は１組。結果的にこの日は２組でした。
天ぷらとか接客とか全体的な構成含めてかなり満足。
天ぷらもお料理もすごくおいしくて
さらにソムリエがいてワインも充実。
気持ちよーく酔うことができました。
次回からはLINEで案内をいただけるとのこと。
このあたりはイマドキです。
