This restaurant opened on March 29, 2017, right next to Higashibetsuin Subway Station, and I immediately tried it out on a weekday night. The inside of the store was about 7 seats at the counter and 6 tables, and when I entered around 7:30 pm, there were only 2 other customers, so it wasn't that crowded. It seems to be a Western Cuisine restaurant during the day, and Bistro where you can enjoy food with alcohol at night.The menu includes snacks, salads, pasta, and Meat Dishes such as Hamburg and spare ribs, but there isn't that much variety. hey. There were some T-bone Steak that cost 4,800 yen, but snacks and other items are reasonably priced, starting at 290 yen. I had decided on Hamburg for the main course, so I ordered crab cream Croquette and spring rolls as appetizers.The spring rolls are what you would call a spring roll, and they contain things like gorgonzola cheese, Iberian pork, and cabbage, but they are full of gorgon flavor. It goes well with wine. The main Hamburg is served on an iron plate, and the meat is 100% Japanese beef, grilled to a crispy exterior and soft inside. The meat wasn't juicy, but it wasn't dry at all, and it was juicy.The meat was seasoned with various herbs, and combined with the deep demi-glace sauce, it had a mature taste.It was delicious.
