名古屋グルメ探訪第2弾。金山にあるおでん居酒屋へ開店と同時に一番乗りで突入。花の金曜日と言えども午後5時の街はまだ混雑していない。まず生ビールの中ジョッキと突き出しの酢の物が登場。定番の土手煮と味噌味のおでんから大根と玉子と豚もつを注文。土手煮は牛すじ肉が八丁味噌でトロトロに煮込まれ、小口切りのネギが載っている。レンゲで掬って口に運べば、ホロホロと肉が解けて溶けて無くなる。濃い色だがあっさりした味噌味で上品な味わい。小口切りのネギが載った大根はすっかり煮滲みて味噌の旨味がたっぷり。半分に切り分けられた玉子も味噌との相性抜群。串に刺さった味噌味の豚もつは柔らかい。八丁味噌からの味変を期待して頼んだ紅生姜の串揚風は、刻んだ紅生姜を棒状に揚げたもので、ソースとキャベツとマヨネーズに紅生姜揚げで、完璧なソースワールドの味わいに変化した。
