名古屋市の金山駅でプライベートな飲み会です。
会場は「金山おでん 串揚げ でーもん」。
あさり出汁と味噌の拘りおでんと、
旬の食材を使った串揚げが自慢の大衆酒場です。
飲み会では予約は必須ですね。
テーブル席でコースは指定無しで予約しました。
当日は時間通りにお店に到着。
店舗は地上3階、地下1階。
私達は地下1階のテーブル席に案内されました。
先ずは、生ビールで乾杯。
銘柄はサントリーのザ・モルツです。
お通しは胡瓜のシラス添えでした。
お料理の注文は下記の通りです。
あさり出汁おでん 大根 餅巾着
味噌大根
名古屋味噌の牛すじ土手煮
でーもんの串揚げ
砂肝の燻製醬油漬け
おでん屋のポテトサラダ
お料理は概ね美味しかったですね。
特にあさり出汁おでんの大根が気に入りました。
私はビールに替えて、おでん出汁割りを頂きました。
或る有名おでん屋さんで試して、美味しかったので。
このお店の出汁割りも悪くは無いですね。
しっかり食べて、お腹は満腹。
程好く飲めて、良い感じの酔い具合。
悪く無い飲み会になったかと思います。
