店内は洒落ており。若いスタッフが働いております。
今時な感じですかね？
麻婆もつ鍋を食べに来ました。
土曜日でしたが花見シーズンであり
店内は空いてました。
馬刺し盛り合わせ
美味しかった。日本酒の箱酒を裏返して高さを演出。
モツから。
これはイマイチでした。
ドリンクはまぁ可もなく不可もなし。
餃子も普通。
さて麻婆もつ鍋ですが。
美味しかったのですが辛さに工夫したら
もっと良くなるのになと個人的には思いました。
ただ辛くする事よりも旨味を伸ばしながら辛くすると、もっと良くなると思います！
しびれ鍋の発想は良いと思います。
これからの時期は、より食べたくなるでしょう。
しかし次の日のお腹は壊れますw
