夜ごはんを食べにおじゃましました。
お店はマンションの建ち並ぶエリアのちょっと裏手に入った所にある雑居ビル1階の路面店です。
店内はカウンター席のみで小ぢんまりしており、オープンキッチンになってますので、マスターがワンオペで料理を作ってくれてる姿が見えます。
料理はイタリアンとアルコールを提供しています。グランドメニュー以外に黒板に本日のおすすめメニューがあります。
ムール貝の白ワイン煮：盛り付けもキレイ
アラビアータ：辛さ控えめでワインのつまみ
海老と木の子のアヒージョ：海老の旨みが強くて美味
生ハムプルーンパルミジャーノサラダ：バランス良い
カジキソテーとケイパーオリーブトマト煮：ソテー具合、味付け良い
バケット：2022年食べログ百名店「スーリープー」製で行列のできるパン屋だから得した気分
ワインは料理に合いそうな白ワインをボトルで注文したら栓がガラス製でびっくり！こんな所にもSDGsが活かされて始めてるんですね。
