鶴舞にある、「パスタとワインの小さな食堂ビアンカ」にランチでうかがいました。
平日の１３時前、カウンター９席の店内ですが、
ちょうど１席空いておりそちらに案内されました。
ぼくが着席するとすぐに、他の客が帰るタイミングで、一瞬だけ、貸切となりましたが、その後も続々と来店がありました。
ワンオペで大変そうで、僕の次の客は、カウンターを片付けるまで外で待機です。
僕の後、五人目からは、時間がかかると言われてました。
僕は、タイミングよく座れたこともあり、
順調に提供されました。
メニューは、オリーブオイル・トマト・バジルペーストの３種類。
価格は量に寄り異なりますが、普通サイズは１１００円です。
オリーブオイルにしました。
この日は生ソーセージとみつばです。
それにサラダ・パン・飲み物付きですので、
コスパは良いと思います。
パスタは美味しいのですが、ワンオペで片付けに忙しく、茹で上がりのタイマーが鳴った後もしばらく、放置されていた感じもあり、少し茹ですぎだと思いました。
入店のタイミングで、満足度が異なるお店かも知れません。
僕は概ねラッキーでした。
