Aussie beef sirloin Steak (705g), salad, black oolong tea, daily special (rice/soup)
Visited on 2022-12-17: Located about 15 minutes walk from Kamimaezu Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line. Inside the store, there are counter seats. There are chairs rather than standing style. I also liked the previous standing eating style. You can request a custom cut from your seat. You can rest assured that you can check the cut meat before grilling it. It's nice and easy to not have to go to a cutting place. The daily service comes with rice and soup. I don't usually eat rice, so what should I do with the amount of meat? I was worried about this, but decided to go with 700g as originally planned. It seemed to be on sale, so the clerk recommended the Aussie beef sirloin Steak. Since I didn't have any particular preferences, I asked for a 700g cut of the recommended meat. The meat that appeared was 705g. That's incredibly accurate. As a result, I ordered Aussie beef sirloin Steak (705g), salad, Suntory black oolong tea, and daily special (rice/soup).The meat was tender, had just the right amount of fat, and was very easy to eat and delicious.

名古屋市営地下鉄名城線 上前津駅から徒歩で15分程度の立地。
店内は、カウンター席。立ち食いスタイルではなく、椅子があります。以前の立ち食いスタイルも好きだったのですが。
オーダーカットは、席からお願いできます。焼く前にカットされたお肉を確認させてもらえるので、安心です。カット場に行かなくて良いのも楽で良いですね。
オーダーカットの割引のキャンペーン対象店なので、オーダーカットを…というわけではなく、いつもオーダーカットです。
今回は、サーロインステーキのオーダーカットで720gといきなりサラダ(ラージ)を注文しました。
オーダーカットは、700gでお願いしました。重量が前後するならば、多い方へ前後してくださいとお願いしました。結果、720gが登場したので文句なしです。
焼き加減は、ミディアムでお願いしました。厚みがあるので、開いて焼いてもらいました。
お肉は、柔らかく、脂身も適度で、とても食べやすくて、美味しかったです。

Visited on 2023-07-22: Located about 15 minutes walk from Yabacho Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line. The interior consists of table seats and counter seats. You are guided to a seat by a staff member, look at the menu, place your order, and when you leave, take the slip to the cash register and pay. However, smartphone ordering was also introduced (you can also order from the store staff). However, I was told that custom cuts were not available, so I placed an order with the store staff. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I have to order custom cuts at my seat, but I like to ask the chef at the cutting place. This time, I ordered 700g of domestic beef rib roast, which I had never seen before. The result was 714g. That's accurate...I wish I could go over it more. I like ordering at the cutting shop because I get to interact with people in this area. For a limited time, the domestic beef rib roast will be served with rice and soup. I don't usually order rice, so I only asked for soup. The price per gram is high, but since it's domestic beef and rice and soup are free, I thought it was a good deal.
