野菜はすべて国産100％の新鮮な野菜。ご飯も旨味・粘り・柔らかさ・香り・見た目すべてにおいて優秀なお米、国産こしひかり100％を使用。そばは信州産厳選100％そば粉を使用。風味が強くのど越し抜群！！栄養価が高く、グルテンフリーでダイエットや健康面でも優秀。店内で打ち立て、その場で仕上げる。 |
お店の場所は、キャッスルタウン記念橋の2階。天然温泉アーバンクア内のダイニングです。エスカレーターの下の案内を見ると、食事だけでもできるとの事。
さっそく2階に上がり、アーバンクアに入ります。飲食だけしたいことを伝えると案内してくれます。支払いは温泉に入る方と一緒のICが入った下駄箱の鍵。すべてそれで支払い、退館するときに出口で支払います。
シーズダイニングはめちゃ広い。14時を過ぎていたので空きすきでした。
注文はタブレット。今回は鉄板ナポリタンをオーダーして下駄箱の鍵をかざします。
配膳ロボットが運んできてくれます。
鉄板に卵を敷いて、その上にナポリタン。熱々で美味しかった。
今度は温泉利用してここでビール飲んでみたい。
