大須と伏見の間にできた餃子屋さん。
以前は中華料理屋さんだったかと思います。
休日に自宅でせっせと餃子作りをするくらい好きな私ですので、餃子には厳しいと思います。
某人気揚げ小籠包なんか1回食べて以降食べてないしね。
よくお店の前を通るんですが、いつ通っても満席でもっと真冬くらい寒かった頃も外でストーブの前で行列を作る人達を見てきました……人気なのは分かっていたので期待も大
お店に入ると居酒屋特有のデカ挨拶。
餃子は時間がかかるらしく、席に着いてすぐ注文数を聞かれました。行動が早いな。様子見でとりあえず人数分。
その後メニューでドリンクとおつまみを。
ドリンク→おつまみ→餃子の順に来ました。確かにメインにしちゃちょっと遅い！最初はもう注文かよと思ったけど、お店側の配慮にありがたみを感じた。
ドリンクもアルコールごくごく飲めるいい塩梅で餃子がしっかり味ついてるからかおつまみも味濃過ぎず。
メインの餃子は俗に言う外はパリパリ中はジューシー的な感じ。パリパリの中にも皮のもちっと感があります。もたもたしてると肉汁が垂れてくるくらいジューシー！もちもち皮がやみつきになり何枚でも食べれそうでした。
皿が空いたらすかさず店員さんがおかわりを聞いてきます。やめられん。
