スープから美味い。
鶏ミンチ肉が格別に美味い。
宮崎限定霧島（初めて）のロックも旨かった。
鍋は、鶏ミンチとお肉を2人前、お代わりしました。
雑炊に行く前に乾麺をつけ麺の様に胡麻油が効いたスープにつけて頂くのも乙な味で良かった。
また、鍋以外の鶏肉もも焼や、手羽先も鶏肉が新鮮だからか？かなり美味い。
この冬は、沢山お世話になりそうな予感です。
あ、1点だけ、この店の雑炊はニラとにんじんが入っているが、ワシは雑炊は米、卵、小口切りにした青葱だけが、好み。サラッと食いたい派！
オーナーは、宮崎から名古屋に来られている方で
宮崎でも、オーナーのお父様がお店をやられています。
また、義理のお兄様は、元中日ドラゴンズの選手で現オリックスの松井捕手。
