大須観音のすぐ近くにある焼きとんのお店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内は１０席ほどの立ち飲みカウンター席とテーブル１０卓チョットの席数、１９時少し前くらいに入りましたがほかにお客さんは４組ほどでした。
この日はればテキに台湾肉巻き串といったワタクシの中の定番メニューのほか、てんちょーオススメという冷やし串カツなどもいただいてみました。
ればテキは臭みもなく火入れが実に絶妙の半生の状態で甘みがしっかり感じられます、ごま油との相性もバッチリですごく美味しいです。
台湾肉巻き串もいつものように台湾ミンチの強めの味がシャキシャキのもやしやニラといった野菜と実にマッチしていてお酒がススム味です。
そして冷やし串カツ、コレは正直どうかなって思いつつ頼んでみましたが意外と言ったら失礼かもですがなかなかどうして、美味しいですね。さっぱりしたダシに浸かっていますが衣のカリッとした食感はしっかり残っていて暑い日にはピッタリの一品でした。
気軽に一杯やるには最適のお店、ワタクシ的にはすごくお気に入りです。これからもいろんな店舗でお世話になると思います、ごちそうさまでした。
