ポテサラは、既製品に、
豚タンと、半熟たまごがトッピング。
アイディアで、ギリギリ食べられるけど
既製品のポテサラは、美味しくない。
レバテキ
レバが半生で、塩、ごま油、ネギのソース。
これは、食べた事あって、美味しいって
知ってた。
次回のための打線を組む為に、
選手名鑑(メニュー)を見ていると
何か気になるメニューありますか？と店員氏。
今日は、お腹いっぱいだから、
次回の打線を組んでいます。
王道の４番バッターではなく、
隠れた職人、DHを教えてください。
えー？人気商品じゃないって事ですよねー。
難しいなぁ、、、と話していたら
奥で、とん焼いてる店長が叫んだ
のどぶえ！
店員氏は、ハラミ。
串の種類が、覚えきれないほどあるから
みんなに聞いて回るのも楽しい。
串カツラブリーと、相反した接客で
スタッフが、お客さんに、ぐいぐい
話しかけてくる。
お店の中も、うるさい位、賑やか。
でも、それがなんか楽しい。
スタッフの、お客さんとの距離感も絶妙で
フランクだけど、決して馴れ馴れしくなく
きちんと敬語で、でも親しげと
いろんな居酒屋のバイトちゃん、バイトくんの
お手本となるようなサービス振り。
それに、この方が働いている方も楽しいと思う。
お店のスタッフとじゃんけんして
勝つと無料
あいこで、注文した飲み物がメガサイズに変更
または、仕切り直し
負けると、スタッフに1杯おごる
という、イベントしてました。
気持ちよく、スタッフ負け続けるので
参加してみた。
負けました。
いや、1杯奢ってあげたかったのだよ。

早いもので、前回訪問から１年半。
カウンターのハイスツールは、取り払わられ、
立ち飲みスペースになっていました。
時間が早かったので、お一人様でも
座りたいと言うと
ボックス席を案内してくれました。
頼んだのは、
ホルモンミックス(ハーフ)、レバテキ、
豚バラネギ、シロ。
んー、頼んだもの全部が、物凄く塩辛かったです。
若い人向きな味付けなのかしら。
今日のキッチンの人が、疲れていたからなのかしら。
安くて美味しいって、イメージだったから、残念。
とは言え、スタッフの愛想は、最高レベルです。
あまり絡まれたくない人は、ボックスへ
スタッフとおしゃべりしながら飲みたい人は
立ち飲みカウンターへどうぞ。
