I used it for lunch on a Sunday. On this day, I was planning to go to a live performance in the evening, so I headed to Osu Kannon to have some drinks before noon. I visited this shop right in front of Osu Kannon. It seems that the store opens at 11:00, so I entered the store around 11:20, and there were two customers at the counter and two at the table. The staff was cheerful, and I ordered draft beer, skewers, potato salad, and the recommended leba teki. The potato salad is spicy and perfect as an accompaniment to alcohol. Lebatteki is a specialty and is delicious. The sesame oil sauce is exquisite. There are 5 skewers: cheek, throat, tongue, teppo, and guts. The more you chew your cheeks, the more flavor you get. This is my first time eating throat, and it's like cartilage, crunchy, and delicious. The tongue is thickly sliced and you can enjoy the juices. I can't get enough of the miso flavor of Teppo. The gatsu looks like water, but it also has a miso flavor that goes well with sake. I additionally ordered lemon sour and ham cutlet. The ham cutlet is hot, salty, and delicious. Overall, the menu is high in salt, which is immoral for someone like me who has high blood pressure, but I think it's good to have it once in a while. Showa songs are playing in the bar, so you won't get bored even if you're drinking alone. All the staff members were cheerful and friendly, and we had a pleasant time. I heard that there are several restaurant in Nagoya city, so I would like to go to the other stores as well. Thank you for the meal.
