...Visited in the first half of February 2021... ``A general with experience at a 5-star hotel in Kyoto and a Michelin restaurant in Kitashinchi, Osaka. "classic Edomae Sushi with no compromises in ingredients or preparation, with red vinegar." I read something written somewhere and was intrigued, so I took him there. The location is right between Kamimaezu Station and Tsurumai Station. It's on the first floor of a building with one bar in the middle, and has a spacious counter and a beautiful interior.The owner didn't talk much, but he had a quiet demeanor and gave me a good impression of seeing me off on my way home. It was a lunch course of 5,000 yen, but the quality was as high as the one served at night.In particular, the raw sea urchin from Hokkaido was large and sweet, and it was the best ♪ The glitter was impressive, with two layers stacked on top of each other. Ta! The first chawanmushi that came out had plenty of Kyotanba Shimeji mushrooms and a rich sauce. Many restaurants usually have fruit or sorbet for dessert, but we also got some proper Japanese sweets and Japanese Confectionery, which made me feel full.Thank you for the meal☆
