日曜日の18時半頃に訪問しました。
金山の「かに本家」の南側にある金山小町の中にあります。
金山小町は2回目の訪問です。
「髭bon」は金山小町の奥にあり、他の店と同じように1階かと思ったら、階段を上がった2階でした。
ガラスの水色の引き戸を開けると、U字型のカウンター（席は2面だけっぽい）と周りにテーブルがあります。カウンターの中と奥がオープンキッチンになっています。あまり広くはありません。
カウンターに1組、テーブルに3組の先客がいて、テーブルは1テーブル間隔に座ってました。
予約してあったのだけど、カウンター席の一番奥（トイレ前）に案内されました。
食事目的なので、ドリンクは注文せず、料理だけを楽しみました。
焼き餃子
小ぶりなのが5個盛られています。にんにくの甘みがしっかりしてます。
黒酢の酢豚
楽しみにしていた料理ですが、HPなどの写真だともっと山盛りになっているのに、平坦な盛られ方でずいぶんボリュームダウンな印象です。
けど、まるでゼリーのようにドロっとした黒酢の味がしっかりしていて、とてもおいしかった。
よだれ鶏
最初に出てきたのだけど、想像よりもずっと量が小さくて驚いた。
山椒がしっかり効いていて、けっこう辛い。
台湾まぜめし
主食です。ザーサイが味と食感のアクセントになっています。けっこう辛いです。
小さめのどんぶりですが、880円ならもう少し量がほしい。
担々麺（汁なし）
こちらも台湾まぜめしと同じサイズのどんぶりで、ラーメン屋ならハーフサイズという感じの量です。
でも、辛さしっかりの油そばという感じでおいしかったです。辛さの中に甘みもあって。
量はどれもとてもおいしくて、居酒屋レベルじゃない。
それを主に店主らしき髪を結んだ人が1人で作ってるのがすごい。出てくるのも遅くありませんでした。技量が高いですね。
その一方で、想像してたよりも居酒屋よりで、一品の量が少なめなのが食事目的に訪れた者としては残念でした。
あと、残念ながらもう行くまいと思った点が2つ・・・
・喫煙です。
・店内はあまり広くなく、場所柄か若い客が多いので、ゆっくり落ち着く感じはなかったです。
味はいいけど、もうないかなぁ。
