金山小町という横丁のような所を奥へ入っていくとあるお店。
こんな佇まいはドキドキ、ワクワクしますね♪
居酒屋さんのようですが、
スパイスをたくみに使ったカレーやかき氷が食べられます。
今日は「大陸骨カレー」と「三元豚のコロンボカレー」のあいがけと、
かき氷の「The Spice 氷」を頂いてみました。
カレーが映えるブルーのお皿にターメリックライス。
レンズ豆を境にカレーが盛られています。
大きなチキンレッグにはローストクミン、
パパドが刺さり、素揚げのズッキーニにパクチーも盛り盛り。
あとはレッドキャベツのマリネなどのアチャールのラインナップ。
三元豚の方は特にゆるめでスープカレーみたい。
ローストクミンも良い仕事をしていますよ。
全体的にバランスの取れたスパイスのブレンド、といった感じでしょうか、
いたずらに辛くなく美味しいです。
また、アチャール類も考えられていますね♪
興味津々の「The Spice 氷」、いったいどんなのでしょうね。
メニューによると、
クラフトコーラのシロップと、3種のスパイスシロップに生クリーム。
ハイビスカスとルイボスオレンジのゼリーにミントのアクセントとのこと。
氷はコーラの色かな、ゼリーの赤とオレンジがキレイです。
中にもゼリーと生クリーム。
コーラの甘味の中にスパイスの苦みが利いてます。
生クリームもやけに合っていますね。
特に強いスパイ感ではないので、どなたでもいけると思います。
