鶴舞店にも行ってみた結果。
毎度の事だけど鰻が食べたくなり急遽訪問。
色々迷ったけどどうせ食べるなら1番好きなお店へ！
本店の鶴舞店は初めて。
高架下の店舗で駅からはどこも距離あるので車必須です。
ちなみに店舗隣に駐車場完備しているので有難い（＾ω＾）
店内そこまで広くないものの、
壁一面の大きな水槽がありお金がかかっていそうな内装！
私はいつものうな丼、他2人は合わせ重を注文。
お値段3960円で名駅店より110円高い？！本店だからかな？
まず来たのはサービスの胡瓜と白菜の漬物。
鶴舞店のは昆布が入っていました。
肝心の今日のうな丼は焦げ目少なめのきつね色！
合わせ中はいい焼き目でした。
それでも外はサクサク、中はふわっとの食感は変わらず楽しめました。
厚みは厚すぎず、薄すぎずちょうど良い。
やっぱりこちらの甘めのタレがご飯が進んでいいですね〜！！
足りなかったら追いタレができますので安心を。
他店舗もなんだけど、山椒の出の悪さが少し残念(^-^;
やっぱりうな和はカリカリの焼き加減と、甘いタレがポイントですね。
とっても美味しかったです(*^▽^*)

11時半訪問でお客さんはゼロ。
奥の広いソファテーブル席に案内してもらえました。
この日の鰻はいつもとは違いなんか肉厚でした。
表面はカリッと焼いてあるのだけど中は脂のノリがすごくて身がホロっと取れるほど！
これが好きな人も居れば様々でしょうけどいつものパリパリ感を求めていったのでなんか違うかなー。
その日によって全国から鰻を取り寄せしているようなので味が変わってしまうのかな？？
初めてうな和の鰻を食べた同行者は美味しいと言って喜んで貰えたので良かったです。
う巻きは甘くないだし巻き卵、漬物の種類は毎回変わると名駅店の方が仰っていました。
