もうイベントになりつつありますが、地元の友人と一緒に来て以来、ここのシェフのお話とお料理を食べずにはいられません。
シェフはお料理の説明をしてくれますが、ドラマです。こんなふうに食材は手を加えられているんだなぁと思い味わえるし食材をとっても愛している方なんだなぁと思います。話しっぷりはもちろん味でその愛を感じます❤️
ディナーが終わってホテルでベッドに入れるのは0時。でも、また来年も来るって思っちゃう味とパフォーマンス、シェフのお人柄と味です。今年は龍の瞳というお米を味わえて嬉しかったです。その後、よく見かけ、そのお値段にびっくり…。
