金山総合駅から歩いて５分チョットの場所に２０２０年４月１日にオープンしたお店、さっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はコンロを仕込んだドラム缶のテーブルが８卓の席数、２０時少し前くらいに入りましたが結構多くのお客さんで賑わっていました。
メニューはカルメギサル、モノサル、ミノトン、コッテギなどの豚肉を中心に牛ハツステーキや牛ハツ刺しといった牛肉、それにキムチやナムル、チャプチェやチヂミ、テンジャンラーメンなどのサイドメニューもあります。お肉の部位はあまり聞き慣れないものばかりで正直よく分からなかったのでひととおり説明をしてもらい理解しました。中には豚の皮とかあまり見慣れないものもありなかなかおもしろいですね、値段も牛ハツは高めですがそれ以外はほとんどが２９０円から４９０円とリーズナブルな価格帯です。
まずはお通しとして豚のハラミであるカルメギサルが登場、お通しでこういうお肉が出てくるのはうれしいですね。
お肉はミノトン、モクサル、アブラカダブラなどを注文、ミノトンは豚の首のお肉ということでいわゆるトントロに近い部位のようですがですが一般的なトントロとは違い薄切りになっています。それをサッと両面を炙るようにしていただきますが柔らかくて脂の甘みがカラシのさっぱりしたタレの味とよく合いますね。
モクサルは豚の肩ロース、しっかりした大きさの塊のお肉をスタッフの方がニンニクとエリンギとともに焼いてくれます。柔らかくてお肉の旨みもしっかり感じられますね。タレにはオニオンスライスをたっぷり入れて唐辛子をかけていただきます、コレだけでも十分ツマミになるくらい美味しいですがもちろんお肉との相性もバッチリ、たっぷりのニンニクもスタミナつきそうです。
そしてアブラカダブラ、コレはこっそりと貼ってあった裏メニュー的な存在ということ、名前のとおりほとんど脂の部分ですがコレをカリッと焼き上げていただきます、脂の部分ですが意外とさっぱりといただけて酒のツマミにはピッタリでした。
気軽に入れる大衆的な雰囲気と毎日１５時から営業なので昼飲みにも使える便利なお店だと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
