○概要
行列用の通路を並び、出店カウンターで注文し出来上がりを頂くスタイル。混んできたら呼び出し番号を貰い、呼ばれたら取りに行くスタイル。
⭕炎旨大鶏排エンシダージーパイ（¥730）
香料は5種類の中から台湾スパイスのオリジナル椒監粉（ジャオヤンフェン）を選択。＋¥60でハーフハーフも可能との事です。
いやもう、この大きさ。迫力がありますねぇ。顔や手のひらより大きい唐揚げ…。背徳感で既に美味しい（笑）叩いた胸肉を凍らし、タレと衣をつけ、揚げているようでした。
揚げたてアツアツを頂けるところが唐揚げ好きには大きなポイント。
スパイスは…確かに本場っぽい味ですが、人工味が前景に出てしまい、これは飽きる人が多いでしょうね。ここまで出来るならなんとかなりそうな気がするので今後に期待です。
鶏はいったん冷凍されている様子にも関わらず比較的パサパサからは逃れていました。
衣はカリッカリのパリッパリなのでこれは感心しました。

大須商店街の食べ歩きに、みんなでシェアできる楽しさと台灣啤酒でひとネタにはちょうど良いかと思います。スパイスだけ期待
