ずっと前からＢＭしていたこちらの喫茶店にお邪魔しました。
休日ともあり階段から列ができてましたが、30分くらいで入店できました。
人気なお店ですね♪
私はホットコーヒー、スイーツは看板のプリンとチーズケーキをオーダー。
コーヒーは共和珈琲さんの豆を独自でブレンドしたコーヒーだそうです。
私好みな酸味が後をひく中煎りくらいのテイストのコーヒーで美味しく印象でした。
☆プリン
結構大きめでカッチリタイプの卵感強くカラメルもほろ苦いプリンで口溶けはもったりと重厚感あるイメージでかなりタイプなプリンで印象♪
プリン目掛けてまた来たいと思えるレベルの好みなプリンでした。
プリンも原材料はシンプルですが作り方や卵の濃度などでも食感や味わいが全然変わってくるので好みも分かれます。
個人的に卵感強くきめ細かで重厚感あるもったりした口溶け、舌触りのプリンが好みですが正に理想に近かったです。
☆チーズケーキ
テリーヌ型に焼かれたチーズケーキで表面はバスチーのようなお焦げがあるタイプできちんと味わいありました。
レモンの酸味が程よくきいたタイプでクリチ感もそこそこ。
最近バスチーのような溶ける滑らかな口溶けのチーズケーキが好みになったのでタイプかというと違いましたがきちんと美味しいチーズケーキでしたよ。
人気なのも納得で個人的にはプリンとコーヒーでまたお邪魔したい喫茶店です。
