Today, I went to an Indonesian kitchen in Osu to try a luxurious Indonesian Cuisine plate where you can enjoy typical Indonesian Cuisine on one plate (^^) It was listed as the most popular menu at this restaurant. But more than half of the people around me are from overseas... I'm surprised by the number of Indonesian people who come to Japan to work (･_･; The gorgeous Indonesian Cuisine plate I received today had indica rice, the staple food, in the center, Grilled skewer, Fried tofu, Indonesian shrimp rice crackers, fish dishes, boiled eggs, beef stew in coconut milk, Indonesian natto, boiled vegetables in coconut oil, and a variety of other dishes...The seasoning is typical of the hot countries of Southeast Asia - the sweet and spicy seasoning with spices is easy to get used to.
