I saw My Review's post and was BMing it. The year-end party with my mother turned out to be a success, so here it is. I reserved a course for 3500 yen. First of all, let's toast with the bubbles mentioned in the name of the restaurant! An assortment of five appetizers was brought out right away. Smoked quail eggs, crab potato salad, pickled yams, cream cheese, and Prosciutto. I'm surprised at how luxurious it is. The smoked one in particular was so fragrant that I wanted a second one. Good snack. Next was homemade fig butter. I wish this had a little more fig flavor. Assorted Tamba red chicken sashimi. It seems to be breast meat, thigh meat, and chicken fillet. Kyushu's sweet soy sauce goes well with it. The freshness is so good that it's comparable to the ones you get at Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). I thought it was a monja shop, but it's at a high level... Next, Seafood Teppan-yaki is Oyster! It's so big! However, it might be best to ask about this in advance. I definitely want to bring my sister next time, but she doesn't like Oyster. Many people are allergic to shellfish... Me and my mom both enjoyed it. and! Introducing the long-awaited squid ink BLACK. It's very black. While making it, I wondered if it was food at all, but when I tried it, it was really delicious! The taste is a little strong, so the alcohol goes well. The fun part about Monja is that it gets crunchy and the taste changes. I was almost full at this point, so I was a little worried about the next Okonomiyaki, but the cute size arrived. This is a course that understands your stomach condition. Thanks to you, I enjoyed it till the end. And for dessert, we had chestnut Ice cream and yuzu sorbet. I think all of these courses are delicious and very cost-effective. I'm sorry that you had to wait until the elevator closed to see you off. Thank you for the meal!
