夜はチャーラー飯店として営業 |
イオン千種ショッピングセンターの近くに２０２１年９月１９日にオープンした「麺屋はなび」です、休日のお昼に利用してみました。店内はカウンター５席とテーブル１卓といった席数、もちろん仕切りはしてありますがかなり窮屈な造りになっていますね。１１時３０分開店の間もない時間に入ったので先客は３人でした。
メニューは大きくまぜそばとラーメンとカレー、まぜそばは看板メニューの台湾まぜそばにキミスタ、カレー台湾まぜそばなど、ラーメンが醤油と台湾、カレーは台湾カレーなどというラインナップです。
台湾まぜそばとかは以前食べたこともあるので、今回はまだ食べたことのない台湾ラーメンを注文、具は台湾ミンチにチャーシュー、ニラ、海苔、ネギなど。台湾ミンチはたっぷりってほどではなかったですが、結構しっかりした濃い味と辛さなのでバランス的にはこのくらいがちょうど良い感じ、スープも食感の良い細麺ともよく合いますね、なかなか美味しかったです。
