大須にオープンした高級タイプのベトナム料理店
日本人がイメージするベトナム屋台料理のお店とは違い、ホテルレストラン風の高級感がある。
ただ、庶民的な雰囲気も所々にあり、アジア感もしっかりとあった。
店内にステージがあり、行った日はポールダンスショーが行われていた。
通し営業でアラカルトが中心で、ランチタイムメニューなどはなかった。
また、メニューの半分以上は、まだ提供出来ない料理となっていた。
ベトナム風焼き豚のライスプレート (1,078円）、生春巻き (429円）などを頼んだ。
オープン日ということもあり、スタッフが慣れてなくてオーダーが飛ばされてしまいクレームしたら、バインナムと生牡蠣がサービスで出た。
バインナムは、メニューに載っていない料理で、米粉とタピオカをペースト状にした生地に海老のでんぶと野菜のせてバナナの葉っぱで包み、蒸し上げたフエ料理。
バナナの葉を取り除くために透明な手袋が用意されるほど取り辛く、結局スタッフが取ってくれた。
ベトナム生春巻きの正式名はゴイクンで、豚バラ、サニーレタス、にんじん、パクチー、春雨、もやしなどをライスペーパーで巻いた料理で、甘めのヌクマムをつけて食べた。
ベトナム風焼き豚のライスプレートは、名前の通りワンプレート料理だった。
かなりベトナム現地料理が多かったけど、１人で食べる場合、少ししか食べられない感じだった。
