今回は各国料理巡り。
行ってきたのは「サイゴンメルシー」というベトナム料理のお店。
場所は上前津駅からすぐ。マツキヨのあるビルの３階。立地は良いです。
関係ないけど、このビルってなんか中に入ると独特の香りがする。
エレベーター使うと目の前にお店の入り口です。
メニューは豊富ですが、どれも結構なお値段。
1人利用だと頼める物がかなり限られますね。
そんな中から選んだものは、"ベトナム風鶏肉焼きそば"（税込1,210円）。
ベトナム料理定番のフォーとは違う中華麺を使った麺料理です。
普段なかなか頼む機会のないものにしてみました。
◯料理・味…マルタイラーメンのようなインスタントの乾麺使用の焼きそば。そんなにエスニック感はなく、少し醤油っ気のある塩焼きそば的な味付けで、抵抗なく食べられそうな味付け。
具はにんじん、ブロッコリー、白菜、青梗菜と肉。メニューだと鶏肉と書いてあったけど、これは鶏肉？固めで癖があり、アヒルっぽかった気が…
味そのものは悪くないですが、値段がやや高めかなと思てたのが率直なところ。
◯サービス…きちっとしたレストランタイプ。
店員さんはベトナムの方です。オーナーの方なのかわからないけど、とてもゴージャスなスタッフさんがいたのが印象的でした。このお店の雰囲気に見合う。
メニューの方は、上述の通りバリエーションは豊富なのですが、1人だと（複数でも？）値段的に選べるものが限られてしまうのが惜しい。
◯雰囲気…お店の雰囲気もなんか豪華。最近できるベトナム料理店って、こういうつくりにしてるとこ多いですね。
安っぽさのないレストランのような感じ。
広くて快適ではありますが、個人的にはBGMのボリュームが大きすぎて気になってしまいました。
△コスパ…質的には良いのか、よくわからないけど、メニュー見る限り全体的に相場より値段は高く、今回食べたものも高いかなと感じてしまいました。
◯総合…料理のバリエーションや雰囲気など、おもしろいところはあったけど、やっぱり値段の面がネックかなぁ。高級感を推してるのかもしれないですが、普通に食事するには使う場面が限られるかも。
