これだけ美味く、しかも揚げる手間のかかるメニューを50円/本で提供するこのチェーンは正に神。
出張に来ると、ホテルのチェックインよりも先に来てしまう。
そのこだわりはメニューにも。
串より細い税込価格表示笑。
普通はここまでこだわらない。
とがり具合にテンションが上がる。
会計を終えると、2,000円ちょい。
メニューで気づかなかった席料¥300-（もちろん税抜笑）のせいか。
これでも全然安い。
フロント商材を見事に使いこなしているマーケティング手法はとても学びが多い。
他にも色々と工夫されているはず。
「伝串の美味さ」「生ビールの安さ」「マーケティングの学び」のためにまた来たくなる。
次回は、「席料」の記載を頑張って探しだしてみよっと。
