2022年に名古屋進出を果たした高コスパの和食チェーン店。「宮本むなし」撤退後の後釜としてできた店舗がいくつかありますが、ここもその一つです。
特筆すべきは全店舗共通で生ビール180円（+税）という外食店としては破格の安さ。これを目当てに長居しようというのもなくはない選択です。
ネギトロ90円（+税）もなかなか破格です。
赤魚（アカウオ）とは日本海側ではポピュラーな秋冬の味覚であるアコウダイのこと。煮付けにしてよし味噌漬けにして焼いてよし、そして今回の干物にしてよしという、家庭料理の定番。
身が解れやすく、口に含めば炭火焼きの香ばしい風味が口いっぱいに広がります。
そして好みの問題にはなるかと思いますが、お味噌汁が赤だしではありません。宮本むなしの時代も関西系の味付けの料理主体だったのでそこまで気にする要素ではないかもしれませんが。
