大須観音へ初詣を兼ねて来ました。
平日なのになかなかの混みようです。
冬だから味噌煮込みうどんのつもりでした。
お目当てのお店がお休みだったので、混んでるメイン通りのお店を避けて裏道を散策します。
コロナでお店もいろいろ変わってるので楽しみです。
発見したのが、手羽先むすめです。
裏通りで、むすめという言葉に怪しさ満点。
看板の手羽先がとても美味しそうなんです。
入店して初めて気がついたのが、手羽先だけでなく丼も食べられるという事でした。
ん！ 名前に麻薬が付いてるたまご丼は初めてです。
煮卵好きだし怪しすぎるので食べるしかありません。
てりマヨガーリック麻薬たまご丼という名前です。
手羽先グランプリの金賞のお店というだけあって、麻薬のように病みつきになるような丼に違いない。
丼の見た感じは小さく、これだけなのって感じです。
味付けされた煮卵の黄身が食欲をそそります。
さて一口、見た目通りに煮卵が美味い。
とろーり黄身が良い感じでご飯に溶け出します。
真ん中に味付けされた手羽先がふんわり乗ってます。
こりゃぁ美味い、トロトロウマウマ、さすが金賞。
いや待てよ！ ここは手羽先専門店ですよね。
っていうわけで手羽先も3本追加注文です。
オリジナル、てりマヨガーリック、白トリュフ嬢の3本を注文して頂きました。
手羽先はちょい小さめなので一口で頂けます。
それぞれ美味しいのですが、全種類食べてみたい。
さすがに丼食べて、これ以上は食べられない。
今度は全種類乗った手羽先でビールを飲みたい。
手羽先3本だけだったけどチョー美味しかった。
また是非訪れたいお店でした。
