店内はこぢんまりとしたバル風の雰囲気。
手羽先サミットのグランプリを受賞したお店で
国産フレッシュな手羽先のみを使用してます。
2024年トリビーで乾杯から手羽先を注文。

娘に見立てた手羽先から、２本の生足（骨）を
持ってパクッと一口で食べるスタイルです。
表面はパリッとして、中はすごくジューシーで
味のバリエーションも豊富でいろいろ楽しめて
斬新な味わいがとても美味しいです！！
ビールとも相性抜群で期待以上に最高でした。
楽しく昼飲みができて良かったです。
