鶴舞駅から近い裏通りにオープンした蕎麦居酒屋。
店主の杉山さんは、白川にある「山葵」で10年ほど働いていた方。
そばメニューに加えて、一品料理や日本酒も結構揃っていた。また、山形出身ということもあり、山形の郷土料理もあった。
ざるそば (800円）、玉こんにゃく (450円）などを頼んだ。
ざるそばは、戸隠そば本舗の新そばを三七そばで製麺所で作ってもらっている喉越しのよい蕎麦、これに甘めでたっぷりの辛汁で食べる。
玉こんにゃくは山形のソウルフードだそうで、その名のとおり、3cm程度の球状のこんにゃくで、水を使わず醤油と裂いたスルメイカを入れ、炒りつけた料理。
今は夜だけの営業だけど、11月頃からお昼の営業も予定しているそうです。
