名古屋市熱田区に２０２２年１１月１１日にオープンしたラーメン店、休日の９時頃に訪問してみた。
店舗専用の駐車場はなく、店内は厨房を囲うカウンター席のみという造り。
このタイミングで先客１人のみで、知名度向上はこれからといったところ。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューを券売機で注文してみた。
★ 朝ラー ４５０円
麺処素和と言えば、某雑誌で神の倉店の朝ラーが気になって先日訪問したばかり。
金山駅からすぐという好立地にオープンしたと知って、もちろん朝ラーを目当てに訪問。
券売機では朝から通常メニューも選べるが、お値打ちな朝ラーをポチッと。
ハーフサイズのラーメンと、チャーシューおかか飯とのセット。
ラーメンの具材はネギのみで濃厚な煮干しの風味と味わいが強く、これ煮干し好きにはたまらない。
パツッと食感の麺はやや物足りない量かと最初は感じるが、メインはボリュームあるチャーシューおかか飯。
ちょっぴり塩辛いおかかの上に、細かめにカットしたレアチャーシュー。
茗荷やかいわれ大根など薬味がたっぷり盛られ、添えられた山葵を付けながら頂くと美味しい。
神の倉店とは違い副菜は付かないが、これだけでも充分なボリュームで満足。
朝ラーは木曜から日曜と祝日のみの営業で、朝ラーの時間帯でもレギュラーメニューを注文可能。
使い勝手が良いので、また朝ラーを求めてお邪魔したい。
