今日は昨年金山に移転した素和におやつタイムで。
金山はしご。
素出汁麺でシンプルに啜ってきました。
ビジュアルもよき。
煮干しに特化したお店で大人な煮干しのえぐみと風味を感じることができる。
麺は硬めでパツパツのストレート。
朝から晩までスリータイムで営業。しかも一杯500円でモーニングやおやつにもいいよね。
待ちはなし
食べてる時にカウンター目の前と真横で店員さんがレンゲ拭いたり作業されていたのが落ちついて食べたいよ
以前桜山にオープンした時ぶりに伺いましたが、以前よりも雑味もなくなり美味しくなっていました。
