平日夜8時過ぎ、店内の客は数名。塩煮干ラーメンまずスープを一口、うまい！煮干の出汁がしっかり効いて塩ダレと絶妙なバランスで旨みがあふれる。苦味、雑味はゼロ。麺はストレートの細麺で小麦の旨みがスープと完璧なハーモニー。レアチャーシューもめちゃうまい。チャーシューおかか飯なにこれ！うま！細かい角切りのレアチャーシューとおかか、ネギ、カイワレ、ワサビ、そのまま単品でもうまいしラーメンのスープに浸しながら食べるとさらにうまい。
女性2人で営業されてましたが、店内綺麗で雰囲気もいいし最高においしかったです。
