金山南口から3〜4分の所にある「麵処 素和」さんに伺いました。ゴールデンウィーク中で混んでいるかと思いきや12時半過ぎで半分程の入り。
入り口の券売機（タッチパネル）で購入し、カウンター越しにスタッフさんに渡します。購入したのは
▪️淡麗塩煮干（¥800）
▪️味玉（¥150）
後から見たら、特製淡麗塩煮干（¥1,000）で味玉とレアチャーシューが付くので、そちらの方がお得ですね！
スタッフさんは2人でいずれも女性の方。テキパキと作業されています。程なくラーメンが到着。とても美味しそうな見た目でワクワクしますね。
スープをひと口啜ると、柔らかい煮干しの風味です。ガチの濃い煮干ラーメンはちょっと苦手だったりするので、このくらいが私の好みです。麵はかためで、ネギと玉ねぎと味玉、チャーシューのバランスが良き。
女性でも入りやすい店内は、懐かしい80年代邦楽が流れていました。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
